Saved Links feature

Hi and Happy New Year
I'm hopeful 2007 is kinder to me as far as Proj Server 2003 goes!

I am wondering if anyone can provide me with information on the saved
links feature in PS 2003. I'm curious to know if the saved links get
updated when new information is published.

scenario
Resource assignments I save a link for a department
someone gets added to that department in the resource global
I open the saved link in PWA after the new resource has been added

my question is will the new resource be shown in the saved link view?

Hope that makes sense. Basically just trying to find out if the saved
links are stored on my desktop for views or if they are on the server
and update overnight with the cube rebuilds

Hi,

Let's say you have a view in PWA Resource Center displaying all your
resources. Based on this view you create a saved link on your desktop
displaying only resources of a certain RBS (using the filtering function).
If later a new resource is assigned to the very same RBS (basically matching
your filtering criteria), this resource will also be displayed in your saved
link.

The saved link is stored on your desktop, but the moment you open it actual
data is retrieved from the database.
