Saved to cd-rw and is now a read-only file help?

Anyine know how to change this from a read only so I can
make changes?
and how can I avoid this in the future? did not see an

Generally speaking, any time you copy a file from a CD, the operating
system is going to assume it's read-only. Just right-click the file,
select Properties, and un-check the Read Only attribute.
