Saved Vsd File could not be openend

Hi everyone,

1. I automated through code the Organization Chart. and Saved it a
.vsd extension. But could not open the file again. It shows erro
"Microsft Visio encountered a problem"

2. I want to save my Orgchart generated to PDF format (Acrobat Reader)
is there a way rather than the Printer method.
