Saving 2000 as 97

I am modifiying an Access database in Access 2000 then
have to create 2 versions a 2000 version and a 97 version.
These will be connected toi a 97 back-end.
Is there any problem in doing this?
Can I save my 2000 version as a 97 version?

You can but I would not recommend it as a permanent practice.
I believe it is supposed to be used as a one time convert. (But many people
do it more than once. I just wouldn't.)
You need to be sure you did not use any A2000 features either.
