Saving a column in the project gantt: MSP2003

Hi,

I am trying to save the resource column in the left. Every time I open the
gantt, I have to move the column. Is there any ways to save without making
changes in the golbal template? I also tried to view "Gantt chart," instead
of "Enterprise gantt chart," since I saw a comment I could but I have no luck
so far. Any advise and support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sara, if you are using Project Server then the answer is no. You'll need
to modify the global template.

No, but what you can do is create a local view with the columns setup
however you want. Create a custom table, then a custom view (mapped
to that table). Call it "Sara's Gantt" or something. The default
Gantt chart view will inherit settings from the EGlobal.
