Saving a document with a table as Wiki text

Hi,

My user like using word for creating content for our internal wiki (we have
mediawiki installation). Is there way for them to create tables and such in
word and then save document as wiki text file? Or somehow view wiki text
version of document so they can paste the text into our local wiki?

This will save them from having to create table and complicated page manually.
