Saving a file in an older Office Format

HI,
I use Office 97 at work and have Office 2002 at home. When I try to save
changes to an Excel Spreadsheet created with Excel 97 in Office 2002 using
the "Save As" feature and selecting "Excel 5/95-Excel 97-2000" option I get
an error. The error states that I cannot save the workbook while the
VBProject is password protected. I clear the password from the file and I
still get a message stating the file was not saved. Can anyone tell me what
I'm doing wrong?
