Saving a file into PDF format

How can I save a visio file in PDF format. I like to send
the file to a person who donot have visio on their
computer.

Save as html, or point them at the Visio Viewer (free download) are possible
solutions beyond PDF.

Hi,

The two solutions can be followed. But still you can try one of the
downloads that are available. You could try the CutePDF which is a cool
utility for directly printing the drawings to PDF format.

This is available as a download from any of the many sites which you could
find with a search on the internet. The site for the CutePDF writer is
http://www.cutepdf.com
