Saving a graphic to the Art Gallery

I recently developed a problem when trying to save a new
graphic from the online gallery to the Microsoft Art
Gallery. It appears as though things are downloading
fine...but I keep getting the SAME 10 graphics I downloaded
weeks ago. The new graphics are nowhere to be found. I
keep deleting these same 10 graphics. I've emptied the
trash about 8 times with these same 10 graphics. I also
cleared the clipboard.

Why do these old graphics keep downloading and not the new
ones?

Hi Teri,

What online gallery are you downloading from? What procedure are you using
to download? What is your OS and is it fully updated? What version of
Office/Word are you using and is it fully updated?
