Saving a macro in Excel

B

Bo Wisén

I have managed to create a vba macro in Word, a form that appears every time
anyone is clicking Save or Save as. It works because I saved the macro in
'normal.dot'. Now I want to do the same thing in Excel (and PowerPoint) but
as far as I know there is no template 'normal.xlt' or similar that I can
save the macro in. Is there a solution to get the macro into every new
documents?

Thanks
Bo

You would get better responses in each respective newsgroup, but for
Excel, create a file named personal.xls that have all your macros and
save it in the XLstart folder.
