Saving a macro to the actual file

P

Peter Finlay

Hi All,

It seems when i save my file the macro doesn't follow my word document. it
seems to either dissappear or turn itself off. can anyone tell me how to
save the macro to the specific word document i require?

Kind regards

Hi Peter,

Where is the macro now, or where did you create it? Unless yous
specifically select the document as the place in which the macro is to be
created, it will probably have been created in the Normal.Dot template.
What does you macro do? I would try and avoid placing macros in documents
due to the security issues that will crop up if other people open the
document.
