Saving a payslip

Hi there

I havecreated a report for a "PaySheet" for each employee.

I have tried creating a new record in my "tblPayroll" table to do each
payslip, but then it created a new "PayrollId" for each "ShiftId", which
then creates a new Payslip for each Shift worked?
