Saving a Project as an Adobe .PDF File

Is it possible to save a Project offline as an Adobe .PDF file? I
cannot find it as an option (I see Excel, CSV and other options). I
tried printing as a .PDF but that only gave me the view I was looking
at. What we would like to do is be able to take a snap-shot of a
section of the project and save as a .PDF file - for example - .pdf
the Task Usage View or Gnatt Chart view. If anyone knows if this is
possible, please let us know - also open to suggestions on how to save
a project as a static file.

Thanks

Steve

Actually the new office 2007 allows you to save a document as a PDF file. Not
that this helps if you want to save a Project file :) since this feature is
not available in Project 2007 :(.

Steve there are ceveral options you have available from 3rd party vendors,
most of them allow you to install the software and when you use the print
button in MS Project allow you to choose the PDF converter as a printer,
which would turn your file into a PDF. If you google for PDF I am sure you
will find something that suites you
Hope this helps

Actually there is a way to do this:

1) Take a picture of the View desired (use Copy Picture)
2) Save as a .gif image
3) Open in Adobe Acrobat and save/print as a .PDF file

Credit to my Manager Ray for discovering this.

Thanks

Steve
