Saving a project file as an Acess file (Project Pro 2003)

When I save my schedule as an access file the data all seems to be wrong.
Any idea as to why this might be and how i can fix.

Thank you

In what way does the data appear to be wrong? If you give some specific
examples it will be much easier to troubleshoot.

Specifically, when I look in the task table I noticed that the task id, the
task name do not match up as expected. Also it seems that the task name and
and start date (planned) do not match up as they do in the project file. I
have only looked in the task table so far. Also I am only looking at a
single project.

I hope that helps

Also when I save it as an access db. I choose the entire project. i do not
do any customizing or mapping, etc

The task id in the access database may be different as it is a different
file. You may be also looking at a unique ID which is likely to be different
(same as if you save a file into excel and then import into a new project).
What you should do is open the Access db in Project and see if it matches the
..mpp file there.
