I have a main database that has over 500K records that have not been
prevoiusly validated for correctness.
When we run a query the sub database may only have 3,000 records so we go
through and validate each record. That of course updates the main database
in real-time. Once a record is validated we have a field labeled updated
which is a yes/no check off box.
My question is after the validation and all the corrections are done to the
query how can I then save it as a seperate table without having to re-run the
query. The reason for the seperate table is we send the data to clients as
an Access file for merge to Word.
MY second question is the Query has the update field as I mentioned above.
Instead of having to go through and mark each record with a check box is
there a way to mark all the boxes in the query at once.
I look foward to your kind assistance.
