Saving a Toolbar to the Enterprise Global

I have a toolbar and I want to share it. I am already using macros that
reside on the enterprise global template, but I dont know how to share the
toolbar. I have tried opening the enterprise global template and creating the
toolbar but to no avail. It appears to be saving it locally. How can I do
this?

With the Enterprise Global open, copy the toolbar to the opened global file
using Tools, Organizer. Save the Global file.

To see the results you need to close Project then re-open it as the Global
file is cached and only read on startup.
