Saving a workspace as a template and making it default.

Hi

I have spent time designing a Workspace site that I would now like to save
as a template and implement it as the default template, how do go about these
2 things.

When I go to Save the site as a template is comes up with "The specified
gallery is not available for this Web site collection"

I have found how to make it a a default template, now if only I could save
it as a template without the error message. I have followed the how to create
a template shown on the project experts site.

Make sure that you have based your new template on the Project Server
template shipped with the system.
