When you say global template, are you referring to the Enterprise Resource
Pool? If so, then what you need to do is the following:

1. Open a blank project and apply the Resource Sheet view
2. Copy the resource Entry table, give it a new name, and then add the new
column to the Table
3. Make a copy of the Resource Sheet view, give it a new name, and then
select the new Table.
4. Open the Enterprise Global file
5. Click Tools - Organizer
6. In the lower left corner of the Organizer dialog, select the blank
project
7. Copy the new custom View from the list on the left to the list on the
right
8. Click the Tables tab
9. Copy the new custom Table from the list on the left to the list on the
right
10. Click the Close button

Save and close the Enterprise Global file, then exit and relaunch Microsoft
Project Professional. Hope this helps.

Dale,

Thanks for the reply, the EP resource pool is what I was referring to.

I'll try your suggestion in the morning... think I'm going to be spending
alot of time here. : )
