Saving addresses in NK2 file

Hi All
have recentlty updated a 2003 install to SP3. Since then addresses that have
been emailed to are saved for that session only. Closing outlook and
re-opening seems to clear this cache. Have tried importing a NK2 file from
another machine but this makes no difference.

This feature was working before upgrading to 2003 SP3 and XP Pro SP3.

Other machines updated in the same way work OK.

You have a corruption in your mail profile then which has lost the
connection to the nk2-file.
One thing you could try is to start Outlook with the /cleanprofile switch
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanprofile

Otherwise you'll need to recreate your mail profile.
