Saving an email in HTML format without the message headers

Everytime I save an email in Outlook 2003 to my desktop in HTML, the message
headers ("To", "From", "Sent", "Subject") are saved as well along with the
text and all the graphics. I want to save to text and graphics but I don't
want the message headers appearing on the top left hand site. I need to use
the email that is sent to without the message headers but I don't know how to
save the email without the headers. As an alternative, can I edit the email
saved in html format in some other program? Outlook 2003 can only save
emails in HTML format or Outlook formats (which I cannot use for my
purposes). Have to I resolve this? Thank you

Are these similar to what you are after. They were originally sent as e-mail
and then posted to this site.
