Saving an email when pushing Send button in Word

Hello,

I want to know if it´s possible save an email as .msg when you push
the Send email button in Word. I have an application that creates a
Word document and with a macro i show the E-mail window in Word. We are
gonna save the email in our application and .msg seems to be the
logical extension for saving an email. Because we save the incomming
mail as .msg i also want to save the outgoing mail as .msg. For the
incomming mail a wrote an addin for Outlook, should i do the same for
the Outgoing mail (but then an Addin for Word)?

I searched the forums repeatedly but couldnt find an answer to this
question. Hope someone can help me out.
