Saving an Outlook attachment sometimes opens the Save As window.

After editing an attachment, one of my users closes Word, clicks Yes to do
you want to save changes, the documents saves and closes. That's the
expected and desired behavior

Sometimes after doing exactly the same procedure, the Save As dialog box
opens nd a location is requested. Why does this happen and how can we
prevent it and always get the behavior listed above.
