Saving an Outlook Calendar

How do I save my calendar to a flash drive and be able to view the calendar?
I want to save a whole year as a record. I know I can save as a PS file, but
then you have to import it back in. Won't want to bring old info back into
the calendar or possibly change new info. Using Outlook 2007 Windows 98.

what program will be used to view it? if a calendar that accepts
multiple-event ICS files, save it as an ics.

It's an iCalendar. You are using Outlook 2007, correct? Look on the file
save menu when in the calendar.

If you mistyped and are using windows 98, the versions of Outlook that run
on win98 do not support saving as multiple event icalendars. You can use a
word template to create a calendar - see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links. This allows
you to save it as a word doc, html or print to paper. It also works with all
versions of outlook.
