SAVING AND RESTORING EMAIL

J

JERRY

Sometimes I have individual emails (perhaps a half dozen or so) that I would
like to copy and save from my Outlook inbox on one computer and transfer to
the Inbox to another PC without sending the email via the internt. Is this
possible? Can these be selected and copied to some medium and then copied
back to the same computer or to my PC desktop at home?

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

It depends on the relation between the computers and the type of mail
account that you are using.
A thing that should work is to drag & drop the messages out of Outlook into
an Explorer folder (this could be on a USB-stick as well) to create
msg-file. These can then later be dragged and dropped into Outlook as well.
If there are a lot of items, copying to a pst-file might be more convenient.
