Saving and restoring Outlook Calendar

Can anyone inform me how to backup/save the Outlook calendar and also how to
restore it. What I am looking for is the dat file location for calendar.

There is no .dat file for the calendar. All Outlook data is stored in a
..pst file.

I have two of these files e.g. Outlook1.pst and Outlook.pst any suggestions
as to which is the correct file?

Obvisously if I knew or was sure I would not have asked the question
