Saving as an earlier version

I use 2007 and when I save to an earlier version of Project for others to
access it, they can't-even after they've installed the converter pack. Any
suggestions on how to overcome this?

Hello PP23,

What service pack do your Project users have installed to their
computers? The "converter pack" applies to other office products
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -- not Project. For a user to open a
Project 2007 file, they will need SP-3 installed. I also suggest
checking your service pack for Project 2007 -- make sure you are at
SP-1 and also install the Infrastructure update.
