Saving as Index HTML

I created a Web Site with Publisher 2002 and downloaded the Service Pack 1
(SP 1). my OS is Windows 98.
I need to save it as Index HTML but Publisher by default exports it as HTM.
My ISP does not support HTM. The Web Page will no be able to be displayed. At
least that is what they said.

It should make absolutely no difference. index.htm is interchangeable with
index.html. With that said, when you Export As to produce the HMTL code,
then use the drop down arrow and select .html as your extension if you
prefer it. You might want to read the following reference for more

Also, you should update to service pack 3.
