Saving as JPG or GIF - poor quality

Ned

If I create a Visio diagram, I then save it as a JPG or GIF file. The
quality of the diagram (both on screen and printed) deteriorates. Is
this normal, can it be fixed? Copying the diagram into a Word doc seems
to maintain the quality.
TIA, Ned

Pasting into Word creates an Enhanced Metafile. Save your diagram in this
graphic format for better fidelity.
