Saving as movie with sound

There are many applications that save data that is passed
to the monitor. I've read a similar posting on this
board. I have a PPT over a gig with timed audio that I
need to save as on DVD. Does anyone know of an
application that will save the audio as well as video?
This took me months to craft for a high school reunion
and I don't want to start from scratch to make it
available to classmates. HELP!!!!

I did a similar presentation for a family reunion. I was
able to record videotapes (VCR) for everyone who came to
the reunion by just hooking up the appropriate cables
from my computer to the vcr recorder, running the
Powerpoint show and recording the VCRs. Also ran the
show on a tv from a vcr in the hospitality room at the
