I am uploading a glossary of words that I have typed in Excel (Column A is
the word and Column B is the definition) into Blackboard (which requires
either a comma delimited or tab delimited file). I have saved the Excel file
as a .csv and .txt numerous times. Whenever I upload it to Blackboard, any
entry that had more than one comma (example " 1, and then I" is okay, but "1,
2, 3, then" is not) is stripped after the first comma. How do I enter this
into Excel so it will read correctly? Is there a workaround or something?
Is this a Blackboard issue, not Excel? Thanks!
