Saving Attachments is Slow

When I try and save an email attachment by using "Save As", it takes forever
to navigate through the file structure tree. Every Directory I click on it
takes about 30 seconds for it to change. When I am in Windows Explorer
navigating it works fine. The issue is only with Outlook.
