Saving Calendar As Web Page

I'm having a problem saving a calendar as a web page to my web server.

The first time I do try to save a calendar as HTML into a folder on my web
server, it works fine.

If I go back and make changes and try to save it again into the same folder,
I get an "operation failed".

If I delete all of the items in the folder and then try to save as, it works
fine.

Is there a way around this so that I don't have to erase the files each
time?
