In Word and Excel, we are noticing that on some files on
our network drives updates made to a document aren't being
permanently saved.
You'll open the file, make changes, save it .. with no
errors ... and the next time you open it it will open up
as the old file.
There does not seem to be any pattern to this behaviour.
We originally thought it was human error, but its starting
to become obvious.
