Saving Changes to an older version of Excel

I have an Excel file, which I must share between two computers.
The file was generated on Excel-97 and will be updated on Excell-2000.
How must I save the file (with changes made in Excel-2000) so that I
am able to work on the file again in Excel-97?
This is not intended to be a one-time thing.

I trade files with co workers all the time, who have Excel 97 (I have Excel
2000) and there's no problems when I use the standard save.
