Saving Clip Art for multiple users on one computer

On our home computer we have MS Office 2003 Pro. I downloaded some clip art
from the Microsoft web page and I followed the instructions for using the
Clip Art Organizer. The clips seemed to load okay, BUT they can only be
accessed by me. So how do I load clip art for multiple users? Are the files
duplicated three or four times on the same hard drive? How can I save the
clips to ONE file that all users can pull from?
