Saving contacts automatically and using to print address labels

I know this is a basic question, but I cannot figure it out. I've looked in
help and other support to no avail. Is there a way to have Outlook 2003 save
e-mail addresses automatically from all messages received and all sent
messages? If so, how do you set this up?
Also, once you have established contacts, can you flag certain contacts to
be printed out on address labels for regular mailing (like Christmas cards)?
If so, how?
Finally, can you just print your entire list of contacts including their
phone numbers and addresses for easy reference as a phone book?

If you want to save addresses automatically, you need to use a 3rd party
program. Or you can right click on the address and choose add to contacts.
see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts_entry.asp for utilities that
can do it.

create a 'christmas card' category and assign it to contacts them use the by
category view to group by the category, select the christmas category and go
to tools, mail merge.

while in the categories folder, go to file, print. You may want to use the
phone list view or create a custom view before printing.

Thank you for your help! One other question. In Outlook 2003 I remember
seeing a place where you could designate the dial-up connection automatically
disconnect after manually connecting for a send/receive. I want to set it so
it stays connected after send/receive. I cannot find where that option was
again.
