When entering new contacts details then save & close, (or
downloaded via a PDA synchronisation), although
the 'Private' check box was not checked if you then open
the item it is now checked.
The entry has also changed in the synchronisation entry
from being saved as Company Last name, first name to
saved as Last name, first name.
The 'Options' for 'save as', in outlook, are set for
Company, First name, last name.
Any ideas to correct this as it has created 100's
of 'Private listings in my contacts?
