saving custom views when exit and log off outlook

G'day Group,

I have recently upgraded a few users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003
running on an Exchange 5.5. My users are complaining that when they customize
their Outlook views eg. Mail reading panes, Calenders, etc. it does not save
it. The next time they launch outlook the users have to re-customized their
view.

Any ideas?
