Saving custom views when upgrading to Outlook 2003

We are in the process of pushing the Office 2003 upgrade to all our
customers. The problem is that When office is upgraded is sets all the custom
views in Outlook back to the default views. Many of our customers have
created complicated views for their calendars and email. Is there a way of
saving the views from a lower version (2002 or 2000) of Outlook when
upgrading to 2003?

if you retain the old pst's the views should be saved - if you create new
psts, drag the folders to the new pst and views stored in the folders are
moved. if you use Exchange, you can copy views using file, folder, copy
folder design.
