Sorry, your suggested fix did not work. All archiving is off. The problem as
I see it is that since Microsoft deletes all mail in the Deleted folder on a
nightly basis ( I know this as it seems to be a relatively bew policy for
them)that when I go to retrieve my mail through outlook (HTTP connection) and
it syncs with Microsofts servers my deleted mail is cleared out. ( Note My In
Box and other folders are not affeected).
Andreas, assumng that it is as I say is there anyway that I can set my
microsoft office outlook to save my mail that I delete on my local PC.
Meaning that when I hit the delete button that in addition to doing what it
is doing also put a copy of the mail in another folder that whould be
resident on my PC...maybe immediately archiving it?
