You have no control over how a Word document appears after it leaves you:
everyone sets up their computer to suit the way they want to see things.
If you save your document as a PDF file after you complete it, the recipient
will have less control over how it appears (but they can still make major
changes if they want to).
A PDF will also prevent them using the content properly, so they will
probably email you asking for the original

document appears when i'm working on it is totally different than how it looks
in the "print preview" view. When I send my document to others i want it to
open how it looks in the "print preview" not in the way it looks while i'm
working on it.
