We have all of our users that are currently using Office 2007 set to save
down in compatibility mode. We have a problem that when users receive emails
from outside the office that have .docx attachments, they save them in our
document management system however they do not save into compatibility mode.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? They are using Office 2007 with
SP2.
