Sorry, Karyn, but based on the complete omission of details the only valid
suggestion is that you check the Help in Word or OS X [or whatever you're
using] for instructions on how to Save a file.
If you're attempting to follow those instructions but running into a problem
you need to describe in detail exactly how you're going about it, *what* the
problem is, the content of any error messages, which version of Word and
which version of what operating system. Nobody here knows anything more
about your situation than what you tell us in your message.
