saving duplicate attachments using vb.net

Hi, I need help with this. I am using vb.net and outlook. I am savin
the
attachments and If there are two attachments with the same name but
they were sent on a different date.

I want to Prompt the user, overright the file, or rename the file. I
the user
to want to rename the attachment then I want to display an inputbox an
the user enter's in a new name and that name will be saved or

IF overright the file, then save the file. Can somebody can help m
with
this
