Saving e-mail addresses from my mail box

I am about to change jobs and need to copy all the e-mail addreses from my
current in box. Unfortunately I have not saved these anywhere else just left
them in various in-box folders, lazy lazy man!!!!

Can anyone help me with an easy fix please.

First of all you need to ascertain from your present company that they are
willing to give you permission to copy these addresses from their emails....

Depends what type of account you use at work, eg Exchange or pop or?, and
more importantly whether you are allowed to remove/copy data
Also the version of Outlook you use, and intend to use might help

In 'general terms' you can highlight the address on the msg, rt click add to
Contacts. Then export your Contacts to a csv file

Are you saying that you want to extract mail addresses from messages you've
received? You'll need a thrid-party tool for that if you don't want to do
it manually for each message. Start here:
