saving e-mail addresses to floppy disk

Hi,

I need directions how to save all my e-mail addresses in
my address book to a floppy disk. I am doing a clean
format on my Hard Drive and installing a new OS (XP
Pro). I also need to now how to then get all my e-mail
address off the disk and back into the newer version of
Outlook (XP). Current OS: Win Me - new OS: Win XP Pro.
