saving emails and attachments

I am an Office 2007 user. I used to be able to save multiple emails and
their attachments in a folder in Explorer and they remain in their format in
2003. Is this possible with 2007. This would be really useful when you have
hundreds of emails with attachments on the same topic.
I would appreciate any help
