Saving emails/meeting responses from Outlook Webmail

I am attempting to receive responses from a meeting request made through
Outlook 2003. All the responses (around 75) were attached to one main email
and forwarded to me through Outlook Webmail; however, I never received it. Is
there a way the sender can save his email with all the attachments (as a rtf
file, etc.?)
