saving export map

Does anyone know if there is a way to save a created
export map to a different computer? I do a regular export
to MS Access from Project with specified fields. I need
another person to be able to do the same export on their
machine.

Hello Jeff,

The maps are automatically saved in the global.mpt file : look at the
Organizer : Tools / Organizer / Maps
You can share your global.mpt file or you can copy your map into a project
mpp file and send it to the other person who'll do the same operation in the
reverse order.

I may have just figured out the first part. I left out the
second part and bigger part. Is there a way to automate
that export, using that saved map?

Yes, you can. With a small VBA procedure that you can write by automatic
recording :
Tools / Macro / Record new macro
Do the job as usual...
Tools / Macro / Stop recording
