Saving files

Hi. I need to use a special filesystem storage and save modyfied Word's files
there. In this filesystem is not possible to create a new file, only
modifying actual file is permitted. The problem is, that Word creates
temporary files in the same directory as a original file. Is there any way,
how to force Word using other location for temporary files?
